Hi Mark,

If I have understood your requirement correctly...,
Can you Try this.. You need VFP9 SP2


Create a report with a Group starting each group on a fresh page. Dimension 8" * 4" must already be set on your label printer.

Take as many fields as you require as in figure 1

Double Click each field ,Change the properties of each field in the ADVANCED TAB making the Rotation Angle 270 degrees

Make them lie on each other on the same Vertical Axis as in figure 2. Just move each successive field towards the right, on the Horizontal Axis

You can get the result as in figure 3
