Any registration system you write yourself in VFP can be cracked very easily.

Defox IV (available for free download here on Foxite) includes a registration system that binds all or part of your app's functionality to a particular machine and allows you to set an expiry date. It also alters the internal structure of a VFP exe to make it extremely difficult to decompile.

Another alternative is VFP Compiler available here: http://www.baiyujia.com/vfpcompiler/en/default.asp ... VFP Compiler converts your app into a dll that is extremely difficult to hack, but it also allows you to pack your work and runtimes etc into Molebox that adds another layer of protection and a commercial branding/registration system.
