I update record with TABLEUPDATE() by force (TABLEUPDATE(.T.,.T.) and refreshing records by REFRESH() command. No error occured while updating record.

Hi Suresh,

When you say the TableUpdate() attempt on one client did succeed, did you check whether the new/modified row actually arrived on the server (e.g. by doing an SQL Select in a third instance like Toad or a Vfp IDE instance)?
IOW, can you track down whether the issue is located in the commit part of your client.EXE code, or rather in the Refresh/Requery part, or if it's perahps a simple timing problem?
