The VFP Help is really Good.
Search for ListenerType Property

Try this

oHTML = Newobject("HtmlListener", "_reportListener.vcx")
oHTML.targetFileName = "D:\TEMP.HTM"
Report Form YOUR_REPORT Object oHTML

If all goes well you will get an HTML version of your report ie Temp.htm in D drive

You can try other options for different types of Output like XML, HTML etc

Report Form YOUR_REPORT Object type 4 .............&& XML
Report Form YOUR_REPORT Object type 5 .............&& HTML

Read the Help File for all the details you need.
