Hi ahsan
I have a trick for that i used always that. Just make your frx designed in foxpro for dos. Actually as u know vfp have great backward compatiablity vfp knows that report is built in foxpro for dos so it will create the text file. if you do this command with frx designed in vfp that will create binary file.
So just designed your frx in foxpro for dos and just do this in vfp to print the report.

report form yourreport.frx to yourfile.txt nocon
RUN Type yourfie.txt>prn
erase file yourfile.txt
