I have also received many similar requests over the years. My answer has always been something like "Unless you are willing to pay me for answering your questions, I ask you to ask them on an on-line forum. The advantage to this solution is that since others may have the same questions, more people will get help. Plus you may get more qualified help than I am able to provide."

There's a fine line between helping and adding to the confusion.
