Hello,

I think you must add the path to winword.exe:
run /n "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\winword.exe"

Note: it is better to use OLE Automation:
LOCAL loWord
loWord = CREATEOBJECT("Word.Application")
loWord.documents.open("c:\my documents\mywordfile.doc")
loWord.visible = .T.

OLE Automation gives you almost full control over the application.
