Leslie,

As Dave points out, you an use FRX2ANY, XFRX (or other 3rd party apps) or a printer driver to create a word doc, a pdf, or what ever and then send that file as an attachment. You could also create this memoramdum letter as a Word doc using Word automation and then create an email using Outlook automation and then attach your Word doc and then send the email. If you really wanted to get nuts with this, you could even do this "hands free" as a scheduled app. I don't normally like automating emails to that extent (especially if that email is an external email.) I want at least one set of human eyes to look at it first - but you can do it. Search the archives here for "Word Automation" or "Outlook Automation" and begin with Vladimir's article here:
