How did you "tried"? I am using this approach for years:

do form blah..blah NAME yourformNAme

*Form.INIT
....
ON KEY LABEL PGDN ;
yourformNAme.SetViewPort(yourformNAme.ViewportLeft ,;
yourformNAme.ViewportTop+ yourformNAme.ViewportHeight)
.........
