1. Make a method in Child Form named Search()
*** Search Method in Child Form
LPARAMETERS leSeekValue
*** Do the actual search here

2. Add a property in Parent Form named MyChildForm = NULL
3. There where you run the child form:
DO FORM ChildForm NAME thisform.MyChildForm

4. In InterActiveChange event of the textbox:
IF NOT ISNULL(thisform.MyChildForm)
   thisform.MyChildForm.Search(this.Value)
ENDIF
