Hi Gene,

It's self-running with no classes needed. You don't need to run any code.
The Christmas lights should start appearing immediately. The control of
the action is in the Timer's Timer event.

Additional sets of lights appear at 30 seconds, 40 seconds, 50 seconds.

I downloaded it again to check and it appears to be working for me.
