i use
thisform.text5.value = TAliascursor1.empname&& i get empname from another table,

i try it as below it works, but i look fo another way to do it.
If Not Used('emp1')
    USE emp1.dbf Alias emp1 Again In 0 Shared
Endif

SELECT emp1
LOCATE FOR emp1.empno=thisform.text4.value
IF FOUND()
  thisform.text5.value=emp1.empname
