With the help of Dale's concepts pointed out to me it was obvious that this would be the solution. The only problem with Dale's solution is that he was coding "8" for the second parameter, it would not work with the "8" because my toolbar buttons are quite large say 50x50. I was originally going to use a sysmetric # that returns the height of the toolbar but I was wrong, the closest to that displays the height of the menu bar.

mytoolbar2.DOCK(0,0,mytoolbar1.height)

Anyway thanks for all the input.
