I have liked Clipper on DOS programming because of its ability to interact with 3rd party libraries like Grumpfish, Funcky and others. And arguably I can say Clipper is the strongest, easiest and fastest xbase DOS programming language I have ever used.

I am not certain but my guess is it won't. DOS apps use pure draft font if I recall properly (it has been long time since I used one). With Clipper however, again if I still remember correctly there is one library where a font can be used and the appearance of the app will look like Windows 3.1.
