Cecil,

No spam from India, but I'm getting a ton from Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic.

Called the "remotest island" in the world, Bouvet Island is actually a territory of
Norway and I heard this is where Tore Bleken plans to open his new
"English as a Sixth Language" School.  Congratulations, Tore!

Just kidding, of course.

On the subject at hand... I recommend Foxite's email addresses be obfuscated so
it's harder for the webcrawlers to extract this data.

Take a look at how email addresses are handled for the authors on this webpage.
People have a link which drives a mailto and launches your default email program.

http://bswan.org/ra_new_beginnings.asp

Here is the simple JavaScript on the page that gets the job done.

Contact Person via
<script type="text/javascript">
var user = 'firstname.lastname';
var host = 'company.com';
var link = user + '@' + host;
var subject = '?Subject=Inquiry%20from%20Black%20Swan%20Telecom%20Journal%20';
var title = '&Body=Revenue%20Assurance:%20History%20and%20New%20Beginnings%20in%20RA%20Maturity%20%0A';
var url = 'http://www.bswan.org/ra_new_beginnings.asp%20%0A%0A';
var bodyend = 'Hi%20FirstName%2C%20%0A%0A.%20.%20.%20message.%20.%20.%20%0A%0A%0A%0A%0A%0A%0A">email.';
document.write('<a style="font-size:102%" hre' + 'f="ma' + 'ilto:' + link + subject + title + url + bodyend)
</script>
