Read the FAQ. In it I suggest that the best way to handle it is not to store the image in a table at all. The problem here is that you are dealing with a VFP back end and that means that you have a 2Gig file size limit for tables. You can eat 2 gigs surprisingly quickly storing images in a table. If you are working on a SQL backend, then yes, I would suggest a Blob field, but in a VFP back end?
