The "MyTable" thing is a sort of convention on the forums. It means that you have to supply the name of that table. lcMyVar would also refer to a local character variable that you then name. Basically, when you see anything with a "My" prefix, you need to change that to reflect your own table, variable, or what ever.

In this code you need to change MyTable to the name of your table and RecordID to the name of your primary key field. The brackets need to stay, but you can use single or double quotes in place of the square brackets. For example [Img] is the same as "Img" and is the same as 'Img'. They are all used to identify string literals.
