There are several ways. I think you can do that with the toolbox, but I never tried. Personally, I have a small excluded prg called "CreateForm.prg" with only one line of code:
CREATE FORM frm1 as frm FROM .\libs\customer_classes\vcust_ctrls.vcx
where frm is the name of the class, and the rest is the full path to the class library.
I run it and I have my form.
