Now problems appear while I run the same Form in another computer, it runs fine but while I need to change within the form in that second computer and run again initially it prompts to save that form and while I save, some 'memo file corrupt' messages come. After that nothing can be done. At last VFP shuts down with Fatal error!

This is normally because of an antivirus. You should disable scanning of SCX/SCT files in the antivirus. Also there might be a TMP file in the folder. Rename that to SCT could get your form running again with the changes you made.
