Ken,

You're 2 for 2 so far (The task scheduler vs NT service, and this one). I did what you suggested and removed one control at a time, saving it and opening it each time until the syntax errors dissapeared. It was very time consuming but the only way to debug this problem. It turns out that on a few of the labels I had on the form had a caption property value of ='= ' + '$' . I changed it to =' = $'. Thanks again to you and Eric for all your help.
