> If you make sure to Flush after updates, you should be safe. The main reason to keep your tables open is speed, and with today's fast computers I don't think the difference is noticeable.

I have Opendbfs.prg to open my dbf files in main.prg and in my main form (Default DataSession) i have a one second timer to run flush and ReduceMemory procedure.

and also i am using flush after every insert/update/delete/Append .
