Hi experts,
I have not much experience with data transfer over LAN.
Will there be a performance gain if I separate memo fields from the main dbf file into another dbf?
These memos will probably have large amounts of data.

name
birthdate
gender
email
class_id
...
...
...
*below, 3 memo fields* -> move these memo fields to a separate file?
address
teacher_notes
general_attitude
