My favorites:

Total Commander of ghisler (Tushar gave the full link). I love its Alt+F7 effectiveness (TS).
Everything from www.voidtools.com (only search for file and folder names aka FF - responses are instant even with regex).

and my friend Ugur Yilmaz pointed to qdir yesterday (I don't know the details and new to it but looks promising):
