Agreed the way I am getting around this is to build an app that runs on the files server. Starts at Midnight and packs all scheduled files, daily calculations etc. unattended. All progrees written to edit run file.

Also remeber that the size of the FPT does not generate network traffic until the relevant memo field in opened. If all are opened as the user browses the file .. well then they make traffic
