Thinking about this again, you can get rid of that extra logical field. Just create a field that will hold the name of the form you want to run. And do something like this:

Local lcFormName
lcFormName = alltrim(yourfield)
If !empty(m.lcFormName)
   DO FORM (m.lcFormname)
Endif
