Hi Stary,

My personal favorite is the IMPS 4.1 Text Viewer from the US Bureau of Census. You can download it from:
http://www.census.gov/ipc/www/imps/download.htm. I've used this viewer several times from my VFP applications to view/print large tabulation documents. It also has a nice feature to select a range of cells and copy them to Excel.
