Try this code, maybe it's quicker. No guarantee, but worth a try.

Select ItemNo from Sale_Tbl where Invoice_no = lnInvNo into cursor CurDummy nofilter 
update Stk_Tbl set Chckd = .T. where ItemNo in (Select ItemNo from CurDummy)
