Well I think it depends on what server you have:) If it were MS SQL server (why not it is at least free for 10Gb while mySQL not - unless used in an open source and/or nonprofit org as far as I know) then I could point you to some videos that I recorded and published on youtube. Probably you should just try and search documentation and forums of the specific server you are using.
