Jim,

Couldn't you just look at the cache and history? When you download an image from the Internet it saves it to cache. This way, if your kid goes back to that web-page, it doesn't have to re-load that page's images. If your kids are looking at the wrong sort of images, you will know. You can also look at their history. This tells you the web pages that they are going to and google searches that they are doing.
