These windows have three modes,
"Normal" - docked to the screen border
"Tab-docked" - which is what you saw in Craig's video
"Link-Docked" - where windows dock inside a single common container

For details of how to manipulate each mode, see the Help Topic: "How to: Dock Windows"

Settings are stored in FoxUser.dbf so you must enable resource file usage if you want things to persist between VFP Sessions.
