About 40-50 friends at www.fox-id.org have been "toying" with vfp2iis for quite a while now as shown in one of a number of the threads, eg. http://www.fox-id.org/smf/generalumumoot/faceapp-khusus-suka-suka-scx2web-sesi-lanjutan/135/ . They had even re-created and dubbed their own version to "scx2web".

One of the problem with vfp2iis is the fact that "page refresh" is as is by page and not AJAX-like
You'd be better off to use ActiveVFP6.0 ( http://activevfp.codeplex.com/ ) as shown on that thread's most-recent posts, but then for that actually you don't need vfp2iis. Use CoffeeCup, PageBreeze, Codiqa or Phonegap to form your web forms. Claude is active on both that and in frequenting foxite, that's one of the most advantages, while OTOH, VFP2IIS seems to have been abandoned for quite some time.
Pagebreeze –http:// www.pagebreeze.com/download.htm
CoffeeCup – http:// www.coffeecup.com/ used by Claude Fox, also http://coenraets.org/blog/phonegap-tutorial/
Codiqa - http://codiqa.com/embed/editor as also promoted by JQuery Mobile
