I know they have Oracle Application Express (http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/index.html), which I think is free but have never looked at it in detail (it's marked down as one of those things on my "to do" list)

Hi Bernard,

like I said:

"I know they have Oracle Application Express (http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/index.html), which I *think* is free"

I really haven't spent any time on this, so can't say anything more about it. I just saw it as a way to start getting into it (i.e. learning it) at a low/no cost, and it looks like it is free for you to use, maybe you can't distribute stuff, but... who knows.

Anyhow, unfortunately I haven't had the time to start getting into it yet.

Frank.
