Dates that have some special computations is likewise inputted and each date are tagged with a certain coding scheme using a field that will help in determing some sort of calculation. Dates not included in this file will be treated as regular working day. Saturdays and Sundays can be determined by a mere call of a DOW() function.

HI!

Thanks for replying. My boss gave me a list (based on CBA) on how to compute holidays/ot/night premium:

1. Regular holiday - 250% of regular wage
2. Regular holiday with OT - 250%+50% ot premium
3. Regular holiday and restday - 250% of regular wage
4. Regular holiday and restday with OT - 250%+50%
5. Rest day or special holiday - 150% of regular wage
6. OT on regular day - 150% of regular wage
7. Night premium - 115% of regular wage

How can I make use of this list on my program where in user can edit the rates incase they increases? What should I do?

"...each date are tagged with a certain coding scheme using a field that will help in determing some sort of calculation"

what do you mean by this?

Thanks in advance.
