I am using the Directory() command to determine if a folder is accessible on a mapped network drive as follows:

IF !Directory(gcrsrcdir)

where gcrsrcdir contains Z:\folder\folder2\<br />
On a Windows 8.0 system the command works just fine (it returns true) but on Windows 8.1 it returns false. IN each case the mapping is created by the same script.

Has anyone else experienced issues like this on Windows 8.1?

The folder is accessible via Windows Explorer on both systems

thanks,

pete
