If it is a computer with internet access then simply ask the time from internet. ie:

url = "http://free.timeanddate.com/clock/i34fvvqn/tt0/tw0/tm3/td2/th1/ts1/tb2" && UTC
objHTTP = CreateObject("MSXML2.XMLHTTP")
objHTTP.Open("GET", url,.f.)
objHTTP.Send()

Set Date MDY
? Ctot( STREXTRACT(objHTTP.ResponseText, '','',1,1) )

PS: That site also lets you format the result in various different ways. I chose US format, UTC time zone.
