you should delete the textbox and replace it with the editbox.
Take care the heigth of the editbox / gridrow is sufficient to show the amount of lines you would like.
Also note that it is rather difficult to make the row height less when there is only one line content, i.o.w. you may endup with some boxes with a lot of extra white lines.
