Hi Michael,

Not quite clear how do you get into this problem. Here is what I am getting when I open the xls file in Excel, and use SAVEAS /type CSV (comma delimited)(*.csv)/ option in Excel:


1,Foxite Eric
2,"Foxpro Andy, Marcia"
3,"Office Eric, Andy, Marcia"



Could you provide any other details?
