On this forum I have seen many times the question what to do with corrupted tables in a VFP database. The best tool so far that I have found is CMREPAIR from CompuMotor in Bulgaria.
It is a tool that can do automated repairs on tables.

CmRepair can be found here http://www.cmstory.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=5&page=1.
It is a 599KB download, so not really big.
Do yourself and the makers of cmrepair a favor, pay those $60 for the commercial license (or more if you also want the sources). That way they can keep up the good work and you are working with a legal version.

There is a complete readme.htm file shipping with the tool telling you how to use it in various situations.
