And if it's 128 - Fffoooh! (Sigh of relief!) I do not think we would ever encounter any directory structure (that's what it was about) with 128 levels of subdirs off the root. ;-)

That seems to be the default. In the help on "Special Terms for Configuration Files", it says that you can change that with STACKSIZE = nValue upto 64000. Now THAT would be a directory structure.
