This set of clauses causes the report to preview .. and if the user hits the printer button, they get the printer prompt. If "TO PRINTER PROMPT" is omitted from this, the report goes to preview but no printer prompt comes up when they hit the print button. It just goes straight to the printer.

> Have you tried using that clause with a FPD 2.6 report? That's what this is happening on. If I "transport" the report it works fine (except that the layout does not match the DOS version perfectly).

www.SamaanSystems.com/No .. I cannot say that I have taken a FPD 2.6 report and run it in VFP 9, nor have I "transported" a FPD report into VFP. It's been a LONG time since I have worked with FPD. However .. I'm still quite certain that REPORT FORM xyz TO PRINTER PROMPT PREVIEW does NOT cause the printer prompt to come up before previewing the report. I know it looks deceiving because of the order of the clauses .. but they must be in that order or else you get an error.
