Hi Borislav,
Maybe nowadays I need you to ask me questions:)
Now you made me curious, wasn't it disabled and I was mistaken? If it is the case then you deserve a 5 star rating:) It would be far too easy.
Well I am away from my work computer till Monday, I will check it on return (what I remember is you needed to sp_configure something to make linked servers possible - ole in surface configuration? ).

PS: Funny. Check Thread ID: 1296738 on UT:) Looks like I was denying myself.
